Requests by e-mail are usually answered promptly – often faster than by telephone.

Note on e-mail encryption:
Today, emails are usually encrypted automatically during transmission between mail servers (TLS). This already provides a good level of protection while messages travel across the Internet.
If you would like additional security, you can also send us end-to-end encrypted messages. We provide both an S/MIME certificate and a PGP public key for this purpose.
The easiest way is to send us an email with the subject line “S/MIME”. We will reply with our certificate, which you can import into your email program. Once installed, you can send us encrypted messages directly.
Alternatively, you may use our PGP public key to encrypt your messages.
